Plan Update Policy

At Lamron Global Solutions, our programs and consulting plans are designed to deliver structured strategy, system design, and alignment outcomes. To maintain clarity, consistency, and project integrity, the following policy applies to all service plan updates.

 
1. Plan Modifications

Plan updates or modifications may be requested when a client’s needs evolve during the engagement. Updates may include:

  • Adjustments to scope of work

  • Changes to session structure or frequency

  • Addition of consulting modules or services

  • Expansion of project deliverables

All updates must be reviewed and approved by Lamron Global Solutions prior to implementation.

2. Request Process

 

To request a plan update, clients must submit the request through one of the following channels:

  • Email request to the Lamron Global team

  • Client portal submission

  • During a scheduled consulting session

 

Requests should clearly outline:

  • The change being requested

  • The reason for the update

  • Any time-sensitive requirements

3. Approval & Implementation

Once a request is received:

  1. Lamron Global will review the request within 3–5 business days

  2. If approved, the client will receive an updated plan outline or amendment

  3. Any changes to pricing, timelines, or scope must be formally accepted before implementation

No updates will take effect until written confirmation is provided.

4. Pricing Adjustments

Updates that increase the scope of work may result in:

  • Revised consulting fees

  • Additional project hours

  • Expanded engagement timelines

Pricing adjustments will be communicated and approved before the updated work begins.

5. Plan Downgrades

Downgrades or reductions in scope are not guaranteed once a plan has been initiated, as resources and strategy allocation are reserved at the start of the engagement.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Non-Refundable Services

All consulting plans, subscriptions, and strategy engagements are non-refundable once services have begun, including after updates or modifications are requested.

7. Strategic Integrity

Lamron Global Solutions reserves the right to decline update requests that:

  • Compromise project outcomes

  • Fall outside the firm’s consulting scope

  • Create misalignment with the strategic objectives of the engagement
