Terms & Policies
1.Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made through approved electronic methods such as credit/debit card, and or other platforms listed at the time of booking.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued once payment is received.
4.Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be forfeited.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Missed or canceled sessions without sufficient notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Session Packages
If purchasing a package, all sessions must be completed within the time period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited.
7. Agreement
By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms and policies in full.
